Can we ship our wine to you?
If you live any where in the US OTHER than Maryland, Massachusetts and Utah, then the answer is yes. We do not ship outside the continental US except for Hawaii and Alaska.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa & MasterCard as well as Personal Checks & Money Orders. Orders paid for with personal checks will be held until check clears. There is a $35.00 Fee for returned checks.

Returns
If we have made a mistake or an item is defective and you wish to return it, email us or call 716-252-6535. You must have a RMA number (return material authorization) before sending any item back to us. (RMA #'s are good for 10 days from issuance.) Please furnish the packing slip, invoice number and date. We will issue a return shipment request to our shipping vendor and they will pick up the package from you. Returns that are not due to our error will be refused.

All returns must be shipped back in original packaging. There are no returns after 30 days. Original shipping and handling fees, as well as return shipping charges, are non-refundable. Orders shipped without a RMA number will be refused and shipped back to you.

After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If you paid by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you.

If you have any questions reguarding returns, please contact us immediately for proper instruction. Failure to adhere to these rules may delay your refund.
